Welcome to CapyCas Casino. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, capycas.com, and all services we provide. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. We operate under registration number 3-102-943191 (3-102-943191 SRL), registered in Costa Rica. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility and Account Registration

At Capy Cas, we require every player to be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We allow only one account per person, household, address and IP environment. Where we detect an overlap of IP addresses between two or more accounts, we reserve the right to confiscate funds and suspend access, and that decision is final and not subject to appeal.

We do not accept registrations from residents of the United States of America, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus or Russia, nor from their territories. Players from these jurisdictions are not permitted real-money play or deposits, and are also excluded from our welcome package, reload bonuses and all other deposit bonuses. Our CapyCas platform additionally excludes a longer list of countries from no-deposit bonuses and free spins; please review the applicable list before claiming any such offer.

You confirm on registration that you are not using a VPN. We at CapyCas take this condition seriously, and any violation discovered through IP overlap or other means may result in confiscation of funds and suspension of access, with no right of appeal.

Deposits and Payment Methods

We accept EUR and GBP as our only account currencies, alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether. We do not offer any conversion or exchange services, including fiat to crypto conversion. Our CapyCas deposit methods are free of commission and credited instantly, with a minimum deposit of 20 EUR/GBP on every method.

We only accept deposits made from a payment method registered in your own name. Where we identify a third-party payment, we will confiscate any winnings and return the deposit to the account owner. Our CapyCas Casino team monitors all transactions to ensure compliance with this rule.

Withdrawals and Verification

We require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. You must upload a government ID, passport or driving licence together with a selfie, a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days, and a screenshot or photo of the payment account used for your deposit. We may also request a source of funds statement, additional documents or phone verification. If your documents are not in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, we may require video verification instead.

Should you refuse to provide requested documents, or should we find inconsistencies between your documents and reality, we reserve the right to close your account and confiscate the funds. That decision, made by CapyCas, is final and not subject to appeal.

Our withdrawal limits scale with your lifetime deposits:

• Base tier: 3,000 EUR/GBP per week, 15,000 per month
• Above 2,500 lifetime deposits: 5,000 per week, 20,000 per month
• Above 50,000 lifetime deposits: 7,500 per week, 30,000 per month
• Above 100,000 lifetime deposits: 20,000 per week, 120,000 per month

Monthly limits reset on the first day of each month. We pay progressive jackpot wins in full, regardless of these limits. Where your balance is at least 10 times the total of all your deposits, we may limit you to 50% of the monthly limits. Where your total bets fall below 5,000 per week or 20,000 per month, we may reduce your limits to 1,000 per week and 5,000 per month.

Any deposit must be wagered once before the associated funds can be withdrawn. If several deposits were made without play, the combined total must be wagered, and this requirement rises to three times the amount where we suspect money laundering. Where bets placed since your last deposit fall below three times that deposit, we may charge you the processing cost of the deposit and the withdrawal.

Accounts without a deposit, bet or withdrawal for 90 days are considered dormant and may be terminated by us, with any remaining cash withheld.

Bonuses and Promotions

At CapyCas, we offer a Welcome Package of up to 15,000 EUR/GBP plus 375 free spins across your first three deposits, each requiring a minimum deposit of 20 EUR/GBP and wagering of x40. An unclaimed bonus expires after 3 days, and a claimed bonus expires after 7 days unless otherwise stated. We also run a Tuesday Reload, Infinite Wednesday Reload, Friday Reload, Saturday Reload and Sunday Reload, each with its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement and maximum bet.

Our general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• We allow one bonus at a time; deposit bonuses do not stack
• All bonuses are non-sticky, meaning real money is played first and bonus funds are forfeited once real funds are lost
• We apply wagering of x40 unless stated otherwise, and requesting a withdrawal before wagering is met voids the bonus and any associated winnings
• We cap withdrawals from no-deposit bonuses at x10 of the bonus, and at 50 EUR from no-deposit free spins
• We limit one bonus per person, account, family, household, address, email, card number, IP address and shared environment

Wagering contributions differ by game type: slots contribute 100%, while baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, video poker, roulette and poker each contribute 5%. We exclude a long list of named games and all jackpot slots from bonus play. Low-risk roulette strategies covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers will void bonuses and winnings under our CapyCas policy.

VIP Club and Loyalty Program

Our VIP Club grants status upon reaching 2,500 EUR/GBP in total deposits, across 25 levels. Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits increase with status, from Bronze through to Supreme, where limits are set individually. We may transfer VIP status held at another casino at our discretion. Players holding an active balance must wager at least 10% of that balance weekly, or we may suspend withdrawals. We may terminate or suspend VIP membership at our discretion, including retroactive withdrawal of previously awarded bonuses.

Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and provide tools including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, loss limits, wager caps, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
